Digits and Me

I disliked Math when I was standard 4. Truly hated it ( Except for the pre-school counting class and every Math subject for pre-standard 4. I scored for those) I never had an A and had always gotten C or B and failed once. For the sake of straight As, I struggled month by month until I can get A with consistency in every test and exam. When the UPSR result was announced, I didn't roll any tears nor does I became extremely excited, although I got 5As. It was really unexpected as I was not sure if I was able to achieve As for English and Math. When I was gripping my result, only 1 thing kept on revolving in my mind 'This is not my final achievement'.

I started my secondary school life as a boarding school student. Culture shock overwhelmed me, thus I shifted to an ordinary public school a year later. When I was studying there, I was afflicted with many difficulties. (As you all know, it is very common for every single student to face peer pressure while schooling, and I was no exception). However, thanks to those troubles that tried to smash me, I started to love Math. When I tried to forget all the problems trying to stress me out, I would finish up my Math homeworks (besides made my pray to Allah to strengthen my heart). They sooth me out. Each and every time I manage to answer all the questions, I felt very satisfied.

Since then, calculator is one of my best buddies. It's one of my hobby tool. Whenever I use it, it would reminds me a lot of memories.

I was doodling this two nights ago. So I made an entry about my calculator because of this drawing piece. My fingers almost 'paralysed' drawing the details, especially the buttons-'cincai-cincai'.

(My calculator does looks well-worn from my classmates')
